About the FEHAPCO Foundation

The FEHAPCO Foundation, established in accordance with Article 67 of our bylaws, aims to enhance the impact of the Federation of Haitian Protestant Churches Overseas in social and community sectors. As a philanthropic entity, it seeks to encourage community engagement and social well-being through various initiatives and programs.

Our Mission

Under the direct supervision of the Executive Council of the Federation, the FEHAPCO Foundation is committed to supporting disadvantaged communities, with a particular focus on educational projects, charitable initiatives, and healthcare programs. The Federation's values and objectives serve as our guide, ensuring a consistent and moral course of action.

Structure and Leadership

According to Article 68 of our bylaws, the President and the Executive Director of the Federation must appoint a member of the Executive Council as the General Coordinator of the Foundation. This individual is responsible for forming the Board of Directors, whose task is to oversee the Foundation's initiatives and programs.

The Officers of the Foundation

  • First Officer: Responsible for finance.
  • Second Officer: Project management, including oversight of the project bank.
  • Third Officer: Dedicated to fundraising, with the creation of two major committees for the rehabilitation of Haiti.
  • Fourth Officer: Responsible for public relations.
  • Fifth Officer: Leads the committee of treasurers, handling transparent and secure financial management.
  • Sixth Officer: Supervision of programs approved by the FEHAPCO.
