"And though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken." Ecclesiastes 4:12

Introduction to the Three Pillars of the Federation

The book of Ecclesiastes uses the metaphor of a three-stranded cord, which represents a strong and resilient union, to eloquently underscore the undeniable strength in unity. This metaphor underpins the organizational structure of our Federation, which is divided into three integral, interconnected sections. Each section plays a pivotal role in reinforcing our collective mission, intertwining our vision, resources, and endeavors to create a strong support network that uplifts and sustains every member of our community.

The Executive Board

The Executive Board functions as the strategic heart of our Federation. As the primary component of our integrated leadership framework, the Board ensures robust governance across the organization. It sets strategic objectives, orchestrates coordinated initiatives, and steadfastly upholds our mission with transparency and diligence.

The Administrative Committee

The Administrative Committee serves as a pivotal component within our community's framework. This committee acts as the primary conduit for Haitian churches wishing to affiliate with the Federation, playing an essential role in developing and executing initiatives that bolster these congregations.

The FEHAPCO Foundation

As the third and integral pillar of our Federation, the FEHAPCO Foundation is devoted to advancing social and charitable endeavors. This branch epitomizes our dedication to enhancing the quality of life in the communities we support.
